Returns & exchanges are permitted on inventoried items only. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.
Please ensure that all items are returned in the original packaging and with the Packing Note. Please clearly write on the packing note if you require a refund or exchange.
All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 21 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you. When will I receive my order? (Stocked)
Any orders placed before 2pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Any order after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Delivery can take up to 1-2 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).
When will I receive my order? (Centre Branded)
Centre branded items are products that are not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but are produced on a per-request basis. Centre branded items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. Centre branded items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.
When will I receive my order? (Mixture of Stocked and On-Demand Items)
Please note, when ordering a mixture of stocked & on-demand products your order will be dispatched in separate parcels. Therefore please refer to the individual production time listed within the on-demand product specifications and plan accordingly.
